In the global trend of promoting sustainable development,the green topic in the construction industry has received more and more attention.BIM technology based on digital three-dimensional information model,has the efficient management on all the information in the architectural design stage to achieve the effective transmission of design information to the design evaluation.BIM as a new management method and technology platform,has been considered as a powerful tool to promote the development of green building.How to fully exert the useful information of BIM model,combination with "Evaluation standard for green building",and the green evaluation and the optimization of the scheme in the design stage are of great significance to popularity green building.In this paper,the design evaluation of green building has been considered as the research object to complete the following work in order to improve the evaluation of green building design status.Firstly,on basis of the literature research method in relation of the domestic and foreign research status and existing problems,it clear the concept and connotation of green building;Through the comparative analysis of the mainstream green building evaluation system and the new and old "green standard",this paper combs the methods,characteristics and processes of the green building evaluation of green building in our country at this stage.Through the theoretical study of BIM technology,this paper puts forward the evaluation process based on BIM technology at the present stage.Secondly,based on the section evaluation,the paper analyzes the importance analysis model of green building evaluation index based on BN,using GeNIe2.0 software to carry on the modeling and reasoning analysis of Bayesian network,and determines the sensitive evaluation index which influences the design evaluation result;The design parameters corresponding to the sensitive evaluation index are sorted out by the literature research method.In addition,the BIM-ESGB evaluation model is established on the basis of information classification,assignment and extraction of the BIM design model of green building.Based on the classification of the underlying data derived from DB Link corresponding to "green standard",three kinds of data processing methods are provided.According to the established BIM-ESGB evaluation model in Excel using the corresponding function and simple macro command can automatically calculate the evaluation score.Finally,combined with the engineering case,the validity of the BIM-ESGB evaluation model is verified.By changing the assignment of the design parameters corresponding to the sensitive ESGB indicators,the degree of influence on the final evaluation results is observed.The value of this study is not only to evaluate the final goal,but by evaluation,the evaluation results back to the design.In the design stage,it changes the design parameters corresponding to the sensitive ESGB indicators,not only to optimize the final evaluation resultsand improve the efficiency of evaluation,but also to achieve the integration of the evaluation process,the calculation of automation and quantitative evaluation results.
