The development of green building is the potential market demand At first misconceptions like "Green=High technology+ High cost+ High rating" has no adverse effects on the development of green building.In the high speed development period of green building,concern at the technical cost and benefit has become the value orientation of the market Accordingly,questions like if the design is reasonable,how the effectiveness of the technology is,and what is the internal driving force of green building attract everyone's focus attentionThe math model for economic evaluation and multifactor sensitivity analysis model of green building is built on the deep research of green building's incremental cost and benefit.This has a significant realistic meaning for selecting reasonable technical design,controlling green building construction cost,getting the maximum benefits of technology application,and achieving sustainable economic growthThe main content of this paper is to use green building theory,energy efficiency theory of green building,incremental cost and benefit theory,green building economic evaluation theory and sensitivity analysis theory to define the standards of incremental section and give the components and quantization methods of incremental cost and benefit in aspects of envelope structure,air conditioning and heating,daylighting and artificial lighting condition and renewable energy utilization.On this basis,the quantization model for economic evaluation of energy-saving is proposed by use of net present value and dynamic payback period of investment.In addition,the sensitivity analysis method of single factor,double factors and triple factors is given to derive multifactor sensitivity analysis model.At last,a green building is chosen to be the typical case for trial calculation by use of two evaluation models have been set above.The results of economic analysis and sensitivity analysis agree well with actual results.The innovation of this article is that the analysis of incremental cost and benefit of green building,construction method and conclusion of economic evaluation quantitative model and sensitivity analysis model.These help developers predict economical efficiency at early stage,then consider whether the actually economical efficiency of project is feasible.In addition,according to impact of sensitive factors on economic indicator,drawing up reasonable design and technology scheme and cost's or other factors' control measures to achieve higher cost performance.All of these will enhance internal driving force of green building and achieve the sustainable economic development of green building.
