With the continuous development of economy,the number of motor vehicles keeps increasing.Due to the shortage of parking resources,more and more cities are facing increasingly serious parking problems.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward the use of shared parking theory to alleviate the parking problem.The multi-functional buildings refers to the intensive group of buildings,which refers to the building of multi-business,multi-industry and different land types that are closely related to each other.In this paper,the residential,shopping malls and office buildings are selected to study parking resource allocation methods.Firstly,this paper gives an overview of shared parking,and puts forward that the implementation of shared parking needs to meet the two preconditions of parking demand difference and space accessibility.Investigate the vehicle entry and exit conditions in residential buildings,shopping malls,and office buildings,and obtain the characteristics of changes in parking demand over time through statistical analysis of the survey data.Based on the premise of shared parking,the adaptability of shared parking is analyzed.The time series model is used to predict the parking demand dynamically,and the establishment process and testing method of the model are clarified.Through the analysis of the use of berths,it is found that berths in residential parking lots are not enough at night,while berths in shopping malls and office buildings are redundant all day.In order to ease the tension in the berths of residential buildings,it is considered to open the parking lot of shopping malls and office buildings for residential use.In this paper,RP survey and SP survey is used to investigate the parking behavior characteristics of residents.The MNL model of parking behavior in shared environment is established through statistical analysis.Finally,based on the dynamic prediction model of parking demand and the model of parking behavior selection,a two-layer model is used to study the allocation of parking resources.The expected effect of the parking resource allocation is evaluated by using the two indexes of violation rate and parking saturation.Visual C++ software is used to simulate the sharing configuration of parking resources.The results of the example analysis show that the implementation of shared parking can not only alleviate the problem of parking resources,improve the utilization rate of spare berth,but also optimize the allocation of parking resources.
