This test compares and analyzes the growth periods,yields,fruiting body shape features and differences between polysaccharid contents of bacterial strains through cultivation research of 10 pleurotus geesteranus bacterial strains,and defines the bacterial strains with better synthesis characters through comprehensive assessments.By taking Wan 1,Xinxiu 169,and Xiu 9 as tested strains and using different additive portion of mess grains instead of partial cottonseed to conduct the study of pleurotus geesteranus cultivation,discussion was made on the impacts of mess grains compost on the growth,yield,and quality of pleurotus geesteranus.It is expected that through the research of this experiment,theoretical references can be provided for the production of pleurotus geesteranus in selecting bacterial strains and utilizing wheat residues to cultivate pleurotus geesteranus.The summary of research results is as follows:1.The one which has the shortest growth cycle in those 10 bacterial strains of pleurotus geesteranus is Xinxiu 169,whose growth cycle is 45 days,followed by Wan 3,whose growth cycle is 49 days.The difference between two of them and other laboratorial bacterial strains is extremely obvious;the sporocarp production of each bacterial strain is from 128.2g to 146.1g,biological efficiency is from 64.1%to 73.0%,and the one with the highest production is Wan 2,whose production is 146.1g/bag;The otherness of the polysaccharide content among the various bacterial strains is relatively big when the level is at 5%,the Bacterial Strain Xiu 9 has the highest polysaccharide content of 4.223%while the Bacterial Strain of Gene 2005 has the least.2.By comprehensively Evaluating 10 strains of pleurotus geesteranus from four indicators of growth period,yield,polysaccharide content,and bulk density,it can be concluded that the Xinxiu 169 is of the best comprehensive characters with short growth period,high yield,and rich content of polysaccharide.3.With the increase of the proportion of mess grains in the culture material,the mycelium growth rate of the three varieties all showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The mycelium growth rate of Xinxiu 169 in the five groups of culture media was faster in comparison to the other two varieties.The output of three varieties of pleurotus geesteranus is shown in groups from A to D.With the increase in the proportion of added mess grains,they show a downward trend.During the four different processes of these three varieties,group A shows the highest biological efficiency of composts.Among these breeds,the biological efficiency of Wan 1 in group A substrates is up to 65.2%,with 8.43%higher than the control group.However,both the biological efficiencies in breeds of Xinxiu 169 and Xiu 9 are slightly lower than the control group,but without significance of difference.Therefore,compared with the matched groups,adding appropriate scales of kernels can help the promotion of pleurotus geesternus's biological efficiency.4.Cultured in normal temperature and humidity,three varieties of Pleurotus geesteranus fruiting body water content there is not much difference.The crude fiber content of fruitbodies shows a trend of decline with the increase of proportion of the wheat straw hood.For example,the fiber content of the pleurotus geesteranus fruitbodies of Xinxiu 169 breed is the lowest,while the taste of which is the best.The content of soluble sugar shows a downward trend with the increase of the proportion of the mess grains added.With the increase in the proportion of mess grains in the compost,the protein content of fruiting bodies of three varieties of pleurotus geesteranus strains shows an upward trend in general,so the appropriate increase in the proportion of added mess grains is beneficial to the improvement of protein content of the fruiting bodies of pleurotus geesteranus.
