| In this study,soft tissue injury model of Mongolia ponies was applied by the ZD preparation to investigate its function and effect on the expression of VEGF and bFGF with the application of ultrasound,infrared thermography camera,biopsy and serum detection.(1)We successfully established the horse model of soft tissue injury by the index of serum detection,infrared thermography,ultrasound images,muscle pathological section.(2)20 Mongolia ponies were randomly divided into 4 groups.Shoulder muscle were knocked by the drop.We analyzed the swelling of the local muscle by the ultrasound,detecting the infrared thermography.The results showed that ZD preparation significantly reduced the subcutaneous swelling,improving the recovery of the grey scale of the muscle ultrasound than the negative control group,positive drug group.ZD preparation could reduce the infrared thermography temperature of the muscle during the early injury and increase the local infrared thennography temperature during the late recovery than the positive drug group,negative group.(3)20 Mongolia horses were randomly divided into 4 groups.Shoulder muscles were knocked by the drop using muscle biopsy tool to observe the muscle pathological section.The results showed that ZD preparation significantly improved the recovery of the local muscle compared to the negative group,the positive group by the neonate blood capillary,neonate myocyte in pathological observation.(4)Detecting the expression of VEGF and bFGF by immunohistochemistry with the expressed positive cells,the results showed that ZD preparation could significantly improved the expression of the positive cell.Conclusion:ZD preparation could modulate the thermal local muscle temperature by reduced the swelling of the muscle,improved the recovery of the muscle ultrasound grey scale,stimulating the neonate fibroblast,neonate blood capillary,neonate myocyte,improving the microcirculation,and the expression of the VEGF?bFGF. |
