Study Of ZD Preparation On Equine Leg Soft Tissue Injury

Build acute soft tissue injury horse models,determine physiological indicators,blood routine,biochemical indicators,antioxidant indicators,serum SAA and LA levels in each group by serological tests and ELISA.Electron microscopic observation of skeletal muscle tissue of skeletal muscle of normal horses and injured skeletal muscle tissue at different time after the use of model drug to investigate the effect of ZD preparation on the ultrastructure of damaged tissue;and application of ZD preparation to horse limbs Treatment of hooves with soft tissue injuries was performed to observe the clinical efficacy of ZD preparations.Electron microscopic observation of skeletal muscle tissue of different groups at different time to investigate the effect of ZD preparation on the ultrastructure of damaged tissue.Use ZD preparation to treat acute soft tissue injuries horses and observe the clinical efficacy of ZD preparations.Content and results:1.Select twenty healthy male Mongolian horses,fifteen were randomly divided into experimental drug group,positive drug group and negative control group after modeling,five horses were set as blank control group,determine physiological indicators,blood routine,biochemical indicators,antioxidant indicators,serum SAA and LA levels in each group.The result is as follows:(1)Changes in body temperature,respiratory rate,pulse,physiological indicators and blood routine and biochemical indicators of horses in the experimental groups were all within the normal range.ZD preparations can reduce the number of WBC in the early stages of inflammation and inhibit the early inflammatory response.(2)ZD preparation can enhance the anti-oxidation ability of model horses and regulate the metabolism balance of free radicals in vivo.(3)ZD preparation can reduce SAA and LA content in model horse serum.2.Select four healthy male Mongolian horses,there were randomly divided into experimental drug group,positive drug group and negative control group after modeling,one horse was set as a blank control group.Do sampling and electron microscopy observations of each group.The result is as follows:(1)The dark band in the myofibril of normal horses is about 2.0?m,and the length of the light band is about 1.0?m.The mitochondria of skeletal muscle cells are mostly ovate granular or long rods,and the myocyte nuclei are oval.(2)The morphological changes of muscle fibers,mitochondria,and myocytes were observed,and ultrastructural observation showed that ZD preparations could promote the improvement of myofibril,mitochondria,muscle cell nuclear morphology and tissue repair.3.Collect 16 cases of acute soft tissue injury in the limbs of horses.The result is as follows:There were significant differences in stress pain,swelling and lameness scores of two groups of horses,the total effective rates of the treatment group in relieving the stress pain,swelling elimination,and lameness improvement of each horses reached 100%,87.5%,and 87.5%,respectively,higher than 75.0%,62.5%,and 75.0% in the control group,indicating that the ZD preparation can relieve the pain,swelling and lameness in acute soft tissue injury horses and effect is better than massage ointment.Conclusion: ZD preparation can reduce the number of leukocytes in the initial stage of inflammation,inhibit the early inflammatory reaction,and can increase the anti-oxidation ability of model horses and regulate the metabolism balance of free radicals in vivo.In the acute phase,the SAA and LA levels in the model horse serum can be reduced,and the acute phase inflammation can be weakened and eliminated.The ZD preparation has a promoting effect on the morphological improvement and tissue repair of muscle myofibrils,mitochondria,and skeletal muscle cell nuclei.Clinical observations show that ZD preparations can effectively improve the pain,swelling,and lameness of acute soft tissue injury horses.
