To improve the mechanism of ZD preparation in the treatment of acute non-open soft tissue injury,the safety of the local effect of ZD preparation for transdermal absorption administration was evaluated;the model of acute non-open soft tissue injury was established in New Zealand rabbits;and the treatment of ZD preparation was observed.General clinical manifestations of open soft tissue injury,pathological histological changes during drug administration,laboratory routine and special examinations;finally,ELISA was used to detect anti-inflammatory factors IL-4,IL-10 and pain media in serum.The content of 5-HT and NE changes.It is of great significance to explore the clinical trials and laboratory tests in the treatment of acute non-open soft tissue injury with ZD preparation.Results:1.The test drug group and the blank control group did not cause poisoning reaction in the test animals during the test,and did not cause skin irritation to the test animals,and the test animals did not have allergies.It was indicated that the ZD preparation is safe for topical skin.2.The weight of 1kg was fixed from the 75cm by the orbital fixator and the free fall is lowered.The 17th outer part of the rabbit femur,which was fixed on the operating table,is determined as the damage model.3.In the test group,the body temperature,respiration and pulse changes of New Zealand rabbits were fluctuating,but they were all within the normal range;ZD preparation can effectively reduce the swelling of the affected limb and have better bloating effect on the injury;ZD preparation can reduce inflammation The number of white blood cells in the early stage has an inhibitory effect on the early inflammatory reaction;the ZD preparation can effectively accelerate the regeneration of muscle cells,promote the reconstruction of muscle fibers,and have a better repairing effect on the damage.4.ZD preparation can effectively reduce the concentration of IL-4,inhibit the proliferation of Th1 cells and antagonize the pro-inflammatory effect of TNF-a,thus playing a good anti-inflammatory effect;ZD preparation can effectively reduce the concentration of IL-10 and reduce its inhibition.The ability of inflammatory factors to produce inhibition of inflammation;ZD preparation can effectively reduce the concentration of 5-HT,inhibitory effect of pain and reduce its ability to expand capillaries,weaken its contractile strength to vascular endothelial cells,and achieve swelling and phlegm.ZD preparation can effectively reduce the concentration of NE,inhibit the contraction of small arteries and venules,and achieve the purpose of repairing damage.In conclusion:1.It is safe to apply the ZD preparation to topical skin.2.ZD preparation can reduce the number of white blood cells in the early stage of inflammation,accelerate the regeneration of muscle cells and muscle fibers,and have a good effect on inhibiting inflammation and repairing damage to acute soft tissue injury.3.ZD preparation can reduce the local inflammatory and pain response by inhibiting the production and release of anti-inflammatory factors and pain media,and promote the repair of damaged tissue.
