Study On The Population Characteristics And Breeding Technology Research Of Sinojackia Dolichocarpa

This paper first carries on the investigation to the Wu Daoshui district Sinojackia dolichocarpa's natural forest community,conducted a survey on the population characteristics and community diversity.After Sinojackia dolichocarpa's community investigation,it is necessary to protect the Sinojackia dolichocarpa's populations.in order to protect the plant diversity and stability of ecosystem,the paper is main about Sinojackia dolichocarpa of sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction,the main results obtained are as follows:1.The characteristics of the population:Lauraceae and Fagaceae are the main compositions,the community flora sample area is given priority to with a single family.Community of composition is more complex,Sinojackia dolichocarpa as the tree layer of dominant species;Shrubs dominant species of Acer fari,companion species for purple linen;Herb layer in different periods can be the dominant species and companion species.The results showed that the species diversity index Simpson for shrub layer>tree layer>herb layer;Pielou index J,tree layer,shrub layer>herb layer;Probability of interspecific encounter PIE tree layer,shrub layer>herb layer.This value may due to the ecological integrity of the sample which has been artificially damaged,some trees have been cut down or are affected by the growth,the investigation of tree species is more single than the shrub layer and herb layer.The three level five water district Sinojackia dolichocarpa dominant species,diversity of shrub layer is higher than that of other levels of diversity,dominant species H 3.02885.The H value of the tree layer was the lowest,the evenness of the layer was the lowest,and the diversity index was the lowest,and the trees in the community were mainly concentrated in several species.The results show that the D Simpson index of shrub species was the most dominant species in a single,relatively concentrated,umbrella Sinojackia dolichocarpa dominant species in shrub layer of benzoin dominance were higher than that of the tree layer and herb layer and change,as the shrub layer>tree layer>herb layer.Pielou index J results showed that:the dominant species in the community tree layer>shrub layer>herb layer,the highest evenness of tree layer.2.The breeding technology of Sinojackia dolichocarpa:(1)benzoin seed propagation:Sinojackia dolichocarpa seeds are from the seed to benzoin immediately after the sand reservoir,about 15 months before sowing advisable,soaking time,using warm water(30-40 ?)the highest rate of germination after soaking with 2-3 d.(2)Cuttage of Sinojackia dolichocarpa rooting rate is the most important impacts of exogenous auxin types,followed by auxin concentration,soaking time and as individual factors had no significant effect on rooting rate.The optimum conditions of benzoin hardwood cutting Sinojackia dolichocarpa processing is ABT-1 with 1000mg/L or 1500mg/L 5s cuttings,the rooting rate of softwood cuttings rooting treatment group 88%;the best is 1000mg·L-1 for 60s of ABT-1,the rooting rate was as high as 96.68%.(3)Tissue culture:induction rate and callus size,1/2 MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+3mg/L IBA+lmg/L GA3 combination is the best medium for callus;medium for differentiation of WPM+3.0mg/L BA+0.5mg/L KT+0.1mg/L IBA for callus induction of shoots.
