Effects Of Different-hour Moxibustion On EGF And TGF-? Contents With Acute Gastric Mucosal Lesion In Rats

Objective:To observe the effect of different-hour Moxibustion on Gastric Mucosal EGF and TGF-? Contents in Acute Gastric Mucosa injury in Rats,discussion whether different time moxbustion to acute stomach membrane damage repair function.Methods:50 SD rats were randomly allocated into the control group(group A),model group(group B),7 to 9 a.m moxibution group(group C),1 to 3 p.m moxibution group(group D),period of day from 7 to 9 p.m moxibution group(group E),each group of 10.Absolute alcohol modeling was applied to establish the model of gastric mucosa injury in rats,and the ulcer index(UI)?gastric tissues HE staining?EGF and TGF-? Contents were obseved after the treatment 7 days.Results:1?Compared with control group(group A),UI index increased significantly(P<0.01)in model group(group B),Compared with model(group B),UI index decreased markedly(P<0.01,P<0.05)in group C?group D and group E.Compared with group D and group E,the expressions of UI index decreased in group C.2.Compared with control group(group A),the expressions of EGF?TGF-?increased significantly(P<0.01)in model group(group B).Compared with model(group B),the expressions EGF?TGF-? of increased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05)in group C?group D and group E.Compared with group D and group E,the expressions of EGF?TGF-? increased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05)in group C.3.Compared with model(group B),the surface of the rat gastric mucosa is complete in group C?group D and group E.Compared with group D and group E,the damage of the rat gastric mucosa 's surface is more than in group C.Conclusion:1?Different-hour moxibustion at 'Zusanli '(ST 36),'Zhongwan(RN 12),'Pishu'(BL 20)and 'Weishu'(BL 21)could have repair in gastric mucosa of rats with acute gastric mucosal injury,Probably by up-regulate EGF?TGF-?protein expression.2.The day of 7 to 9 a.m moxibution is the most strongest to acute stomach mucous membrane damage repair function,That there is a relative specificity of moxibustion on the effect of moxibustion,partially confirmed time on moxibustion effect,the specific mechanism still needs further research.
