Intervention Of Serum IL-8 And TNF-? In The Process Of Repairing The Wound Of Rats After Hemorrhoids Operation With Shen Huang Lotion

Objective: To study the effect of IL-8 and TNF-? in the repairment process of the wound after hemorrhoids operation in rats and to investigate the immunological mechanism of the wound repairment after the operation.Methods: 90 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Jinxuanzhike xunxisan group,shenhuang lotion(low dose)group,Shen Huang lotion(middle dose)group,Shen Huang lotion(high dose)group.Except for the control group,the rats were the local injected with the ice acetic acid to come into being perianal infection wound model model of ice after hemorroidectomy.The treatment group were given corresponding drug fumigation and the model group and sham operation group were given normal saline fumigation.Treatment of 3 d,7 d wound tissue of rats were taken,serial section,HE stain and routine pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining in parallel.Orbital blood levels of detection of IL-8 and TNF-? in serum with the immunity group after a week of continuous treatment of 3d and 7d respectively Treatment of 3 d,7 d wound tissue of rats were taken,serialsection,HEstainand routine pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining in parallel.Results: Compared with model control group(group B),each group of rats after treatment 3,7 d wound neutrophils content were decreased,which involved yellow lotion high dose group(group F)fell the most obvious,there are significant difference(P < 0.01).After treatment of 7 d content of each treatment group rats wound neutrophils from 3 d to be markedlyreduced.The treatment of 3d and 7d,IL-8 and TNF-? content of serum alpha7 d in model group were significantly higher than the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);treatment of 3d,7d were all Shen Huang lotion treatment of IL-8 and TNF-? in rat serum alpha group decreased,which.Shen Huang lotion(high dose group)decreased significantly,compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The levels of IL-8 and TNF-? in the serum of the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the first 3D,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shen Huang lotion control postoperative wound local inflammation may cut in the serum of rats with IL-8 and TNF alpha level.
