Chinese Characters'Teaching is an important part of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. As an ideogram, Chinese character has its own complexity, which causing the Chinese character teaching always be the difficulty in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In recent years, more and more attention has been payed to Chinese Characters'Teaching by academics of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and the study of strategy about Chinese characters teaching has piling up, despite all this, the status quo that relative lagging in Chinese characters teaching has not changed. Except the particularity of the Chinese character, the imperfection of textbook compilation is also a reason that cannot be neglected for the above problem. Textbook is an important part of teaching link, is the guidance of teaching, and also is the essential foundation for improving teaching efficiency and completing the teaching goal. Hence, this paper opts the "Chinese characters breakthrough", "the new Chinese characters induced", "crash course textbooks of Chinese characters" as the research object, which finding out the similarities and differences of textbook compilation by comparison, and discussing the problem of textbook compilation on the basis of seeking common ground and reserving differences.This paper is divided into the five sections:The first part is the introduction part, which presents the object of study, sums up the research status about the principles, content and evaluation etc. of textbook compilation, and states the significance and methods of research. The second part analyzes and discusses the selection and arrangement of Chinese textbooks' new words and knowledge, coming up with the suggestions for the compilation of Chinese textbooks' new words and knowledge by statistics and analysis. The third part compares the strokes, stroke order, parts and whole word etc. of three textbooks, raising the corresponding suggestion of compilation. The fourth part analyses the compilation of exercise of Chinese textbook, researches the strategy about the compilation of exercise of Chinese textbook, sets up the relevant types of questions, and embodies the suggestion of compilation, which based on the designs of types and amounts of questions of three textbooks. The fifth part is conclusion.
