| This is a translation project report on news of information technology, which has been published online. The report aims to explore what is the most appropriate translating technique and strategy in the IT news translation. The source texts mainly come from famous foreign IT websites, introducing the development and prospect of information technology, such as artificial intelligence,smart phone, etc. The report contains four parts: Part One, translation project background, translation project significance, brief introduction to the source texts and analysis of the source texts; Part Two, translation strategy and translation preparation; Part Three,difficulties and translation techniques, the translator mainly analyze appropriate translation techniques based on the difficulties in the translation; Part Four, a summary of what the translator have learned from the translation and what could be done to get a better translation. Among all four parts, the third part serves as the key part. |
