With the development of global economy and prosperity of China, China has played an increasingly important role in international society. Frequent exchanges with other countries in culture, politics and economy have accelerated the further development of interpretation industry. With the constant advancement of science and technology and deep research of interpretation theories, interpretation industry is on the way of achieving high efficiency and quality.In this report, the author made a simulated interpretation of Xi Jinping’s speech at Boao Forum for Asia in 2015. The theme of this year was “New future of Asia: Step into a community of common destiny”. This speech reviewed the past 70 years’ outcome and made a detailed description of Asian current state. Xi put forward one prospect, which focused on the construction of Asian common community and the strategy of “Belt and Road”. The style of his speech was concise and full of power,and at the same time, the content was significant.The report gave special attention to the following respects. First, this report analyzed the reason and purpose of Boao Forum for Asia, style of Xi’s speech and description of conference interpretation. Second, ABBYY Aligner and memoQ were used to construct a parallel corpus and AntConc was used to extract high-frequency vocabulary. Relevant vocabulary of Chinese characteristic was prepared in advance.Third, this report adopted Gile’s Effort Model and syntactic linearity to balance energy distribution. Fourth, through analysis and comparison of three versions, some skills and methods were discovered to guide relevant interpretations.
