With the development of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language,various theories in this field have a great improvement, and also with the increasing demanding of Chinese learning for Chinese learners from both domestic and foreign, it is becoming a new trend that is to enhance the proportion of culture teaching in the field of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. Inner Mongolia Normal University takes a great advantage of opening the course of "Prairie Cultural Experience" in its national culture, which is full of national characteristics. And this course is for the students of International Class Master of Education(Chinese intermediate level students) in international class. This course focuses on making the students participate in the activities of cultural experience by creating the cultural environment. And this also can make them learn Chinese as they participate in the activities.This paper try to conduct the curriculum instructional design based of "Prairie Culture Experience" curriculum. The author thinks that it is helpful to enrich the students' knowledge of Chinese culture, enhance the students' ability to spread Chinese culture, cultivate students' intercultural communicative ability and promote the contact and the experience between Mongolian and Chinese languages by opening "Prairie Culture Experience" curriculum. In the context of Teaching Chinese as a SecondLanguage, taking the practice and experience as the key-points, and treating the students as the core aspect, and at the same time, taking the culture, the knowledge and the language at the same weight are the main teaching principles and strategies for this course. On the basis of the principles and strategies that have been mentioned and in terms of "prairie culture experience", this paper conducted the whole instructional design from the aspects of teaching objectives like teaching points,teaching difficulties, teaching methods, the total hours of teaching content,evaluation and so on, and also completed one instructional design, which named as "Inner Mongolia steppe of history and Natural environment" first lesson of "Prairie Culture Experience".
