Teaching system design focus on learning and teaching system as a whole, through the design of effective teaching activities, for students to provide optimal conditions for learning, and instruct the optimization of teachers to use textbooks and ultimately help students to achieve effective learning. In the teaching practice, it is found that the Chinese teaching materials used in Thailand can not meet the needs of learners, especially the applicability and pertinence of the primary Chinese teaching materials in middle schools. Innovative instructional design can be used to make up the shortage of teaching materials in use. In this paper, we use the "student-centered" concept as a guide, mainly on the basis of constructivism learning theory, the application of situational teaching in the advanced teaching method, high school students in northeastern Thailand as the study object, on the Han do focus on the promotion of universal Chinese textbook "Happy Chinese" Book 1 unit 2 for effective teaching design.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction mainly expounds the reason of choosing this topic, the research significance, the research content, the research mentality, introduced the material, the object and the theory basis of this teaching design. The second one is mainly based on the theory of "taking the students as the main body" and the situational teaching method. The third one deals with how to "Happy Chinese" is the first volume of the second unit to take the student as the center and the situational teaching combination design of innovative teaching, develop more for more, innovatively use general textbooks teaching methods and strategies. The fourth part is the reflection and solution of instructional design, the last is the conclusion, summarizes the teaching design of the "student body" theory to the teaching material improvement and the writing function, as well as the instruction function to the Chinese language teaching.
