Motivation is one of the important psychological factors which affecting second language acquisition. In recent years, it got a lot of attentions of many researchers and scholars. Learning motivation is a dynamic psychological process, and learners' internal factors and external factors have a certain relationship with it. Therefore, the study of the learners' learning motivation has an important reference value for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.On the basis of the research findings in the field of TCFL, the study is a comprehensive analysis and survey of the learning motivation of the Chinese learners of Moldova Confucius Institute within the framework of Psycholinguisties, education,second language acquisition etc, adopting many research methods such as questionnaire, classroom observation, interview and so on, for a comparison and analysis to the different learners' motivation.The ultimate goal of this study is to find the characteristics of the learning motivation of Moldova Chinese learners in the natural state,meanwhile,analyze the related factors affecting the learning motivation,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, in order to improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language provides the feasible reference and advice.According to the result,the integration motivation is shown most strongly,and the following is instrumental motivation and intrinsic motivation,the extrinsic motivation is the most unconspicuous one.Moreover, the article has given some suggestions in regards to the Chinese studying situation in Moldova to provide some reference for the future volunteer teachers,and also hope it will be helpful to their work in the future.
