This paper mainly examines the errors occurring that international students in the use of "after" and "through". Analyzed the cause of errors combining with the knowledge of interlanguage theory and puts forward some teaching suggestions on this basis. In this paper, main sources of errors from the interlanguage corpus of HSK and sun yat-sen University, and collected 2000 article corpora. The errors are classified into the semantic errors and syntax errors after analysis. In addition, the relevant material must be analyzed, and puts forward some suggestions targeted.The first chapter is mainly for the reason of my choice, corpus sources, reviews the predecessors of the "after" and "through" ontology research and errors research,and points out its disadvantages.The second chapter is the main type of bias analysis, summed up the type of bias analysis of "after" and "through", including semantic errors and syntax errors.The third chapter is mainly on the analysis of teaching material, reading what problems in the teaching design in the textbook of "after" and "through", so as to put forward more targeted teaching suggestion.The fourth chapter mainly analyzed the cause of the errors from the negative transfer of mother tongue and target language rule generalization, language environment, teaching material setting, etc. And then give the suggestions to the study from the teachers and students, the classroom teaching methods, teaching language project settings, theoretical study, etc.
