Idioms are enrichment of language, it is essence of continue changing of language culture, through simplified summarize form and it becomes easy to speak and understand in few words. Language is outer cover of thinking, all abstract things need convey through languages. Idioms are the carrier of all time to express thoughts, feeling and national spirit. Therefore, the study of idiom is not only study of language but moreover analysis of values and thinking of a country's cultural sprite. Since the starting of 20 th century, idioms become upsurge and get measurable results from ontological study of idiom to subordinate specific categories idioms, such as idioms relating to plants, idioms contain colors, idioms with human organs and idioms having numbers. Recently research on animals idioms become new theme for the research scholar and study on animals idioms not only limited to one country but moreover study on comparison of two countries animals idioms.This dissertation contains Sino- India animal idioms meaning the similarities and differences, sources, features and then analysis of China and India idioms characteristic in human history and language aspect and hope to understand basic culture of language, social and religion through the idioms. Clear explanation of idiom is not only beneficial for the teacher to teaching Chinese or Hindi language and culture but also beneficial for students to raise interest in learning. In short the study of this dissertation enrich the literary work of Chinese- Hindi animal idiom, which will helpful for the students studying Sino- India culture and can differentiate the languages and culture of both countries. It will also useful to provide the new thought for teaching Chinese as a foreign language and improve the enthusiasm of both teacher and student to teach and study.
