Higher vocational education is a non- oriented education, and it is a kind of quality education with basic skills. In the course of education, not only should pay attention to the cultivation of students' skills, but also pay more attention to students' innovative cultivation. To make the students have the innovative spirit and have higher professional skills, to achieve the mastery of professional knowledge, but also to master professional skills to adapt to the job. For higher vocational education, the goal of this kind of education should not only consider the students' mastery of professional knowledge, but also require students to master practical skills, and pay more attention to the cultivation of students' quality in the process of writing teaching in higher vocational colleges. For the application of writing discipline, in the existing external environment, how to improve their teaching methods, in order to achieve better teaching effect, is the majority of the application of writing teachers' biggest goal. In this paper, through the interest teaching method, case teaching method, teaching method, comparative teaching method and so on several common teaching methods of research and improvement, to achieve the ultimate goal of promoting the application of writing teaching.
