The Red Culture Integrate Into Wuhan City Culture Construction

The culture has became the common choice of the world's major cities as the core competitiveness of the urban development strategy in the global "urban age".Culture is the accumulation of history that the urban development needs.Red culture is an advanced culture which formed and developed in modern times.The red culture intergrate into the construction of urban culture can add to the cultural content of urban development,improve the intrinsic quality of urban culture,enhance the city's image and quality,achieve social and historical education function,boost the construction of socialist core values,provide the environmental conditions for urban development.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction is about the background and status of related research.Chapter one is about the definition of the Red culture and urban culture,and the characteristics and content of the red culture and urban culture.Chapter two analyses the main content of Wuhan red culture and the significances of its integration into the cultural construction.Chapter three is about the main problems and the reasons that exist in the red culture integrating into the cultural construction of Wuhan.In general,there are mainly three reasons including lack of culture identity of the red culture intergrate the urban culture,a poor interpretation of the way,lack of a reasonable long-term institutional mechanisms to protect its intergration.The main cause of this situation is the impact of market and globalization,a single method of the cultural expressions and cultural construction institutional mechanism is not perfect.Chapter four gives countermeasures including enhanced the cultural identity,innovative the interpretation of the red culture into urban culture,and strengthen the institutional mechanisms into urban culture-building.Wuhan is entering a rapid development period.The competition between cities in the future not only relies on the economy,but also on urban culture.Urban culture is the soul of the city.To explore the red culture into the cultural construction of Wuhan city is particularly necessary.
