By the end of 2015,808 subdistricts have been set up by 358 countries in China.From the point of view of practice,country subdistricts pay a more important role in the construction of a new type of urbanization,social governance in grass roots and the development of county.At the same time,there are some problems in the development of country subdistricts,such as the reform of organizational structure,the management of organizational system and the function.Most of the existing research using political science,management,sociology and other methods.Issues and solutions focus on city subdistricts related,for the county jurisdiction of the special research is extremely scarce.This study uses geography related methods,focus on the subdistricts in country,based on time,space and the function,research on 1)the history of subdistrict office,2)the spatial evolution of subdistricts in country and 3)the function of the country subdistricts The aim of this research is to improve the theory of subdistrict,and provide some suggestions to the optimization of country subdistricts.(chapter 1)In the time dimension,this research divided into different stages by critical time node,around the different historical periods of the subdistrict office system,institutional settings and functional changes.To clarify the orientation of the subdistrict office and the historical social background of the reform and to explore the functional differences and existing problems of subdistricts offices in different historical periods,what's more,to analysis its causes.At last,Summed up the historical characteristics of the historical evolution of subdistrict offices.In order to grasp the logic law of the development of the subdistrict office,provide theoretical support for the follow-up research that related to.(chapter 2)In the spatial dimension,based on data,data collection and analysis,starting from the history and spatial evolution of country subdistricts.To explore the background,history,spatial evaluation,system shift and evolutionary motivation of country subdistricts.The finding is country subdistricts is a product of the township reform in China accidentally,and to analysis the history and development of country subdistricts from the quantitative and spatial perspective.To analysis the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of country subdistricts from the macro and micro perspective.At last,to generalize the model and mechanism of the system shift.(chapter 3)In the functional dimension,based on the relevant data analysis,combined with the relevant cases.To explore the basic structure of the country subdistricts and the main functions and organizational structure.On this basis,the main features of the functions of the jurisdiction of the subdistrict offices are compared with the urban neighborhood offices.Finally,the main problem of the existence of the functions of the country subdistricts is analyzed and summarized.(chapter 4)On the basis of the above research,this paper further puts forward the relevant policy suggestions for the optimization of country subdistricts,and summarizes the main findings and conclusions of this study,and points out the shortcomings and improvements of this study.(chapter 5).
