Strategies On Political Terms Interpreting:A Practice Report On The Current Affairs Debate

China's current political terms express the unique political phenomenon of Chinese society and reflect the development and change of Chinese political system.In the process of exchange and cooperation to other countries, current political terms have played an irreplaceable role, so the translation of political words has attracted more and more attention. Only when the translation is accurate can the political terms of our country be passed on to the countries all over the world better, so the author chooses the political terms as the research object.The theoretical basis for the practice of interpretation is the interpretive theory,which was born in the 1960s in Senior Interpreters College Of Paris. The theory has both theoretical level and practical value. The theory holds that the task and goal of interpretation is to convey meaning, rather than the language symbol itself. The most important contribution of this theory school is the presentation of separating from the original language form, entrance of the "meaning" level of language, and maintaining of the equivalent of the meaning of the language to an extreme. That is to say, the translation is not to convert the original word into the target language word by word,but to seize the information meaning original text wants to express, and it is re-expressed in a manner consistent with the target language.The first part of this thesis gives a brief introduction to the task as well as the background of the given material. It also introduces the practical significance of this translation task and translation materials; the second part is a detailed description of the translation process. It mainly focuses on the effect to the task of pre-interpreting preparation as well as note taking. It also analysis the characteristics of interpretation materials in detail; the third part is based on theoretical guidance to summarize and analyze the strategies adopted by current event programs of interpretation through combining specific cases in the material; the last part is the analysis and summary of the interpretation practice problems.
