As the number of higher vocational college increases rapidly,higher vocational education system has been formed.The number of higher vocational education students accounts for three fifths of the number of college students in China.The important mission that higher vocational education is facing today is to formulate plans to improve comprehensive qualities of students in higher vocational colleges.Improving music accomplishments of students is an effective approach.In this connection,improving music accomplishments of students is the task that higher vocational colleges must finish.Combining objectives of talents training of higher vocational education and basing on music quality education are conducive to further developments of intelligence,innovation ability,aesthetic ability and cognitive ability of college students.Guided by music quality education theories,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of statistical results of survey data of several students in some higher vocational colleges in Hunan.This paper concludes the common reality of music quality education of higher vocational college students in Hunan,and then,this paper conducts a refined analysis.As such,this paper summarizes the problems of music quality education in higher vocational colleges.The results are as follows.The insufficient understandings of music qualityeducation and drawbacks of the education system are problems in higher vocational colleges.In addition,the defects of work plans and practices in higher vocational education,lack of music quality education of teachers in higher vocational colleges and weak music foundations of students are also the issues.This paper defines the general information of music quality education in higher vocational colleges in China and proposes some suggestions.The significance of music quality education in higher vocational colleges should be understood correctly.Effective and feasible implementation strategies for music quality education should be formulated and executed strictly.Reasonable and formal system for music quality education should be established.Professional qualities of teachers of music quality education should be improved.
