Scientific literature is a vehicle for spreading advanced science and technology information for the public and professionals.Agricultural science and technology English is the application of English in the field of agricultural science and technology.The translation of it is of great importance of Chinese agricultural modernization and national economy development.Agricultural science and technology is a professional style,so there is great purpose,professional and practical in it.The role of scientific literature is spreading information,thus the key of translation lies in the semantic expression rather than a form of equivalence."Content is more important than form" is one of the most important rule of the translation of the scientific literature.Based on the Skopos rule and the translation of Glycerol-3-phosphate is a critical mobile inducer of systemic immunity in plants,this paper focus on the translation skills of agricultural science and technology English guided by the Skopos rule.This study mainly includes a brief introduction of the Skopos rule and the example of the translation of the agricultural science and technology English literature.The Skopos rule is one of the most suitable theory to guide the translation of the agricultural science and technology English literature.Therefore,in the process of translation,translator should understand the source language author's real meaning more than the literal meaning then use the target readers acceptable way to express it.This paper discusses the analysis and processing of the long and difficult sentences in Scientific literature,and summarizes some methods in order to have a reference value of translation.
