The employment of college students has always been a hot issue for the party and the country.Since the enrollment of colleges and universities in 1999,the number of graduates has increased year by year.Due to the large number of college graduates,coupled with the slowdown in domestic economic growth,industrial restructuring,total employment pressure and structural contradictions and other factors,college graduates employment situation is very grim.Henan Province,a large population,many colleges and universities to the local colleges and universities,in the implementation of the provincial government "science and education" and "talent province" strategy,"demographic dividends to high-quality,highly skilled talent dividend change" Policy,"building a strong human resources province" goal of the overall situation,to research and solve the problem of employment of college students in Henan undoubtedly has a positive theoretical and practical significance.There are many factors influencing the employment problem.The employer often takes the individual's ability as a very important measure in the recruitment process.The employability of college students will have an impact on the employment of college students.Studies have shown that the employment of college graduates in China is difficult,the lack of employability of college students is an important reason can not be ignored.Therefore,based on the previous research,this study takes 780 fresh graduates from five colleges and universities of Xinyang Normal University,Xinyang Vocational and Technical College,Henan University,Zhengzhou University and Huanghuai College as the research object,conduct transversal studies and a six-month follow-up study.In the transversal study,the study one mainly discusses the status quo of college students' social support,psychological capital and employability in Henan province and their differences in demographic variables;the study two based on the theory of resource preservation explores the relationship between social support,psychological capital and employability of college students in Henan province;the study three based on the theory of social identity and identity,investigate the relationship between the employability of college students and the employment results of Henan Province by means of cross study and follow-up study.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The social support,psychological capital and employability of college students in Henan Province are generally on the middle level;(2)There is no significant difference in the employment ability of college students in Henan Province,and there are significant differences in student type,family income,professional and interest consistency;there is no significant difference in gender,family income,professional and interest consistency among college students' social support,and there are significant differences in student type;there is no significant difference in the gender and family income of college students' psychological capital,and there are significant differences in student type,professional and interest consistency;(3)Social support and psychological capital of college students in Henan Province have significant positive predictive effect on employability;(4)The psychological capital of college students in Henan Province plays an intermediary role between social support and employability;(5)Occupational recognition factors in the employability of college students in Henan Province have a significant effect on the number of hiring announcements;the interpersonal relationship between employability and the difference of network have a significant effect on the starting salary;Problem solving,optimistic and cheerful,network differences factors of the employability play a significant role in predicting the number of hiring notice;(6)The source of students plays an regulatory role in the relationship between the employability and the number of employment notice in Henan Province.The employment ability of rural college students has a significant effect on the number of hiring notes The employment ability of urban college students has no significant effect on the number of hiring notes.
