Teaching Chinese as a foreign language plays an important role in the process of teaching Chinese as a second language.It is the main medium of communication between teachers and Chinese learners.Exercises after class are an important part of teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language.They can be used not only to test the learning effectiveness of Chinese Learners,but also can be used to test the teachers' recent teaching abilities.The teachers' ability to adapt their teaching practices and the teachers ability to improve students results are inextricably linked.Based on the convenience of teaching in Mongolia,the author studies the two kinds of teaching materials used in the Gobi-Future Complex School and the12 Year Outstanding School Of Gurvansaikhan Soum,and finds out the practices of students in the province.This article is based on the first book of "Happy Chinese(Student's Book)(Mongolian Edition)" and "I Learn Chinese(Student's Book)(Mongolian Edition)" and the accompanying workbook as the research objects.This article uses quantitative analysis,comparative analysis,a questionnaire survey,the two textbooks,the supporting workbook for comparative study,to help make the questionnaire survey analysis relevant and to provide targeted advice to the textbook writers.The goal is also to hope to help Chinese teaching volunteers to better respond to Mongolian teaching objectives and to better carry out teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five parts.Part One Introduction.This portion discusses the purpose and significance of the topic,summarizes the research results of "Happy Chinese" and "Learn Chinese with Me",and also explains the research objective and research methodology.In the second part,we mainly use the method of comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the Chinese version of "Happy Chinese(Student's Book)" and "Learn Chinese" with four aspects of pertinence,science,interest,and validity.(Mongolian version)We identify the advantages and disadvantages of this methodology by comparing the two books of the first volume of the after-school exercises by using the four aspects of the comparative analysis used in the two teaching materials and by also observing the larger taught in the supporting workbook.Part 3 collects information and analyzes the feedback from students and teachers in both "Happy Chinese(Student's Book)(Mongolian Edition)" and "Learn Chinese(Student's Book)(Mongolian Edition)".Through this feedback is not only helpful for volunteer teachers who come to teach later,but also has the ability to inspire the textbook writers to better their work.In the fourth part the textbook writers put forward specific suggestions on how to teach Mongolian students from their observations and analysis of the situation of the current environment of Mongolian education.This paper focuses on the reality of teaching Chinese in Mongolia,how to attract the interest of students to learn Chinese,to make recommendations for the preparation of targeted exercises.Conclusion.This part of the paper summarizes the research done prior of the study,summarizes the shortcomings of the study,and according to the shortcomings of the study,the direction of the follow-up research needed to be done.
