Group attachment is individual's inner representation of the group based on early family experience,which will influence one's expectations of new or unknown tyle of group.Although the study of group attachment has been gradually done at home and abroad these years,but studys which focus on the group attachment in group counseling counts.We expored the state and effective factors of group attachment from the perspective of interpersonal dynamic group counseling on college students.The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical reference and pratical guidance for the goup counseling and psychological education activities in college,therefore,indrectly improving the mental health of the collge students.This research adopted the method of qualitative analysis to sutdy 6 college students,who had been participated in a consecutive 10-week interpersonal dynamic group counseling.The participants were interviewed deeply with semistructured interview outline,the transcription material of which and the weekly-noted reflections were analysed by the method of theme analysis.The results were:(1)The group attachment state of interpersonal dynamic counseling college student members including three aspects: personal aspect(self-value,emotional experience,group impetus,group involvement),interpersonal aspect(mutual evaluation,similar experiences and feelings,interaction mode)and group aspect(group cohesion,group atmosphere,group trust,group evaluation).(2)The influence factors of interpersonal dynamic counseling college student members including three aspects: individual charactors(emotion reveal,self explosure),member interaction(acceptance and understanding,resonation,mutual trust,supportive and recognition)and group charactors(group stability,conversation depth).Conclusions: in the process of interpersonal dynamic counseling,there are many promotive factors and abstructive factors,which on the one hand interact with each other and on the other hand have mutual influence on the development of the group.
