A Comparative Study Between The Primary Stage Of “A Course In Chinese” And “Tongxin Chinese”

With the rapidly development of Chinese economy,more and more people begin to learn Chinese.The textbook of teaching Chinese is closely related to teachers and learners.It's the most directly learning tool for the elementary learners of Chinese study.This study aims to make a comparative analysis between “A Course in Chinese” and “Tongxin Chinese”.This paper includes three parts:The first part is the introduction.In this part,I introduce the research purpose,object and method,and also make a related research summary.The second part is the main part of the paper.About the text,I describe the status of the genre and theme between two different textbooks.With regard to the new words,I compare the amount and level of the new words.About the grammar,I analyze the differences between the two textbooks by the selection and arrangement of grammar points.In the comparative analyze of exercises,I compare the quantity and types of two textbooks.The third part is the summary.By comparing all the aspects of the two textbooks,I conclude the advantages and disadvantages of them,and put forward the ideas about written suggestions will help the following textbooks.We hope the paper can give an inspiration for the preparation of the future Chinese textbooks.
