The current situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is that students continue to increase,but the quality of teaching is not high.The author studies the ability of Chinese teachers.According to the author's teaching experience and related issues of theoretical results,I think the new teacher at least need to have the following six aspects of the capacity:Master the professional knowledge of language teaching,have a certain teaching ability,to achieve a good foreign language level,know how to communicate with people,self-awareness and inquiry ability.The first chapter introduces the research based on the social environment and the individual teaching needs.The aim is to provide suggestions for future teacher training programs through first-line teaching practice experience and teaching case analysis.In the first chapter,the author also introduces the research status,as well as the author's research content and research methods.The second chapter discusses the teachers must master the language teaching knowledge and teaching ability.Based on the analysis of teaching practice and teaching case,the author discusses the second language acquisition theory and Chinese knowledge teaching method.The author believes that the teaching ability of teachers is embodied in the composition of the four processes.The third chapter introduces teachers' foreign language skills and how teachers adapt to the current complex and unstable teaching environment.The fourth chapter,the author put forward a more specific ability to self-study and explore the ability to cultivate the direction.In view of the cultivation of self-learning ability,the author suggested that teachers should learn cognitive science knowledge,take the initiative to learn a variety of foreign language teaching development experience.In view of the ability to explore,the author suggested that teachers should have a sense of introspection and innovation.Chapter 5 summarizes the basic points of the paper and the shortcomings in the study.
