An Intervention Study On Painting Group Training To The Higher Primary Students Loneliness

Children' s Lonely Scale(CLS)is applied in the paper to make an study on 11 classes of Grade five,438 students altogether in three primary schools in Baoshan municipality,based on it,73 students of two classes with relatively strong loneliness were selected randomly among them,which are then divided into experimental and comparative groups.34 students in experimental group are trained as a group in painting,while there's no psychological intervention for the comparative 39 students.Seven training later,Children' s Lonely Scale(CLS)is conducted in the two groups of the 73 students,and their paintings are contrastively analyzed pre and post intervention,so as to study on the intervention effect of painting group training to aloneness of higher primary students.The following results are found:1.From demographic variables: Scores of CLS are not influenced by only one child,while there's a certain difference whether his/her father is working away from him/her,which their aloneness is stronger than those cases when their fathers stay with them;on the other hand,there's no differences if their mothers working away from them;the CLS scores are obvious whether they are from a divorced family or not,those who are from a divorced family,their loneliness are stronger.2.Painting group training is conducive to relieve students' loneliness.3.The result of target system and CLS experimental data are consistent for housing-tree-person painting aloneness,and they have significant correlations.4.The structure,content,theme,drawing and lines indicates that subjects gained a positive growth through group training,meanwhile,their socialization and self-experience have been improved when their loneliness were released.5.Students' loneliness is mainly from individual and outer environment.6.The interpretation index system of painting has good reliability and validity,which can be used as the basis for judging the measurement of loneliness.
