Research On Cross-cultural Adaptation Issues And Countermeasures Of Year 2014 Intern Students To Thailand From Yunnan Normal University

As China going to the world stage,the "hot Chinese" set off around the world makes the demand for outstanding Chinese teachers extremely urgent,especially in Southeast Asia,the neighboring countries of China.Chinese teachers can adapt to the local culture and smoothing the work of the region to promote the cause of Chinese is essential.Therefore,the author chooses 30 interns of the 2014 international education major of Yunnan Normal University,and investigates the situation of cross-cultural adaptation in Thailand in combination with questionnaires and interviews,and puts forward the corresponding problems of the interns from the subjective and objective aspects the proposal.The article consists of the following five components:The first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the reasons for the topic,cross-cultural literature review,the significance of this study and research methods.The second part describes the intercultural adaptation of the interns,which are described in terms of material culture adaptation,spiritual culture adaptation and institutional culture adaptation.The material culture adapts from the clothing culture adaptation,the food culture adaptation,the architectural culture adaptation and The adaptation of the culture and culture,the adaptation of the spiritual culture,the adaptation from the religious culture,the adaptation of the campus culture and the ethical morality and the value of the three aspects of the system culture adaptation,from the political system to adapt to the economic system to adapt and the legal system to adapt to the three To discuss.The third part analyzes the intercultural adaptation problem of interns for cross-cultural adaptation.The fourth part puts forward the corresponding research countermeasure for the intercultural adaptation of the intern.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study,that is,through the study,the cultural adaptability of the interns is from high to low: institutional culture,material culture,spiritual culture.The author for the survey results,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,with a view to the future interns to provide recommendations.
