In recent years,the cultural creative industry of our country has gained rapid development under the great support of national policies,and shown out the development trend of deeply integrating with related industries.Nowadays,the cultural creative industry has become a major force that vigorously promotes the structural adjustment and upgrading of the industry under the New Normal where consumption is driven by innovation.For Heilo ngjiang Province,though being in pace with the national level on the development trend of the industry,its market scale of the cultural and creative industries are relatively smaller due to such constraints as economic backwardness,talent deficiency and shortness of consumption,and most cultural and creative enterprises of Heilongjiang Province lag behind in their development,with market competition becoming increasingly fiercer.So,when faced with both opportunities and challenges,WSZD company should have a deep understanding of the exterior environment itself in,know its advantages and disadvantages to the heart,and do a good job of strategic positioning and planning,for only then is it possible to develop and grow bigger and stronger.On the basis of classical strategy management theory and taking WSZD cultural development company as the object of study,this paper conducted in-depth research of enterprise’s exterior macro-environment by PEST method,and analyzed the five forces that constitute i ndustry competitive pressure using Potter’s five forces model.In addition,this paper also introduced the analysis of market complementary parts for overcoming the deficiency of Potter’s five forces model of ignoring cooperation,and made a conclusion of available opportunities and faced challenges by summarizing contents mentioned above.Then,enterprise’s internal conditions were excavated to a deep level for finding out its advantages and disadvantages,and constructing SWOT strategic combination matrix,on the basis of which appropriate enterprise strategy was chosen by making strategic positioning of the company’s development in combination of the actual circumstances before putting forward specific route and advise for strategy implementation.
