A Report On The Translation Of Human Resources Management Assessment Approach From The Perspective Of The Text Typology Theory

With the gradual development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,how to improve the level of health service is becoming a hot topic,which greatly attracts public attention.It is said by the world health organization(WHO)in its latest survey report that the the problem of global shortage of human resources for health(HRH)is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the research aimed at how to solve the problem of global shortage of HRH is becoming more and more important.This report analyzes the translation task Human Resources Management Assessment Approach under the guidance of Reiss' text typology theory.In fact,Reiss' s text typology theory includes two phases,which are the phase of analysis and the phase of reverbalization.After the analysis,the translation task Human Resources Management Assessment Approach belongs to informative texts.Therefore,this report is mainly based on the translation strategy of informative texts,which is to maintain the invariability of content according to the sense and meaning.This report focuses on the research of how to interpret the information function of the source text concerning term translation,vocabulary translation and sentence translation.For achieving this purpose,the author uses both literal and free translation methods,and simultaneously adopts the methods of division and amplification under the guidance of the translation strategy of informative texts.As far as the significance of this report is concerned,on the one hand,this report can help Chinese human resources(HR)practitioners to respond to human resources management challenges in their health systems,and also can be conducive to the dissemination of knowledge of HRH through translation;on the other hand,this report can supplement or promote the practice and theoretical research of the translation of informative texts.
