Research On The Supply Mechanism Of Community Public Culture Service

The community is the basic unit of urban residents’life, which is also the basic carrier of city function. In the current promotion of the objectives and requirements of cultural development and prosperity, community public cultural service as an important part of cultural construction, plays a signicant role in meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the residents, guiding the health of the values, improving the community cohesion and so on. It also catched the gradual attention from central to local governments at all levels.However, regardless of quality or quantity of the current supply of community public cultural services, it has a certain distance with the cultural requirements of residents. Therefore, finding out the existing problems and the reasons, putting forward the corresponding solutions to ensure the effective supply of community public cultural services, has become a topic worthy exploring.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign researching results of community cultural services, the concept of community public culture service supply summed up their own views and definitions. Then, taking the 11 communities of Xiazhen sub-district office, a County of Weishan in Shandong Province, as the research object, to elaborate the supply status of community public cultural service in a all-around way. By comparison and summary, the common problems and reasons of the supply of public cultural services in these 11 communities have been found out. In order to fully understand the status of demand and satisfaction of the cultural service of community residents, to analyze its characteristics, we make the questionnaire survey by telephone inquiries. Finally, through sorting out and learning the essence and successful experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the opinions and suggestions on how to improve the level of community public culture service from the aspects of thought, protection and assessment.
