The translation report is based on the translation of Global Citizenship and Study Abroad of Trends,Issues and Challenges in Internationalisation of Higher Education by Hans de Wit.The book mainly introduces the development trend and challenges of internationalization of higher education,student mobility and other problems.It is conducive to a more in-depth understanding of the development process of higher education internationalization and provides some successful experience for the development of higher education in China.The translation report first applies Newmark's text type theory to analyze the text.Then,it uses Nord's function plus loyalty translation theory to analyze the translation of long sentences and gives four specific translation strategies to solve the problems of long sentence translation and improves the quality of translation.The translation practice report is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the translation task,including the introduction of the translation material,translation task and text analysis.The second part describes the translation process,including the pre-translation preparation,the description of the translation process and the post-translation review the entire translation process.The third part is about translation theory and case analysis.It introduces Nord's function plus loyalty translation theory and uses specific translation strategies to solve the translation problem concerning long sentences under the guidance of this theory.The fourth part summarizes the translationpractice,including the problems in translation,and reflection and outlook.
