Study On Constructing Political Identification Guided By Universal Pragmatics Of Habermas

Chinese transition period, the traditional construction way of political identity has been difficult to maintain its vitality, which is based on political propaganda and political mobilization. It's related to social and political stability and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to explore the theoretical and practical issues in the new situation of political identity construction. Habermas Universal Pragmatics advocated language as medium of communication, it has a certain enlightenment for break the current political identity crisis by reaching an ideological consensus between subjects through intersubjective exchanges. This paper discusses universal pragmatics thought of Habermas by using the method of philosophical speculation and being based on the perspective on construction of political identity. Through the above, ideological resources available to learn can be provided for the construction of China's current political identity.The author thinks that, the ideological core of Habermas Universal Pragmatics is to explore the language as a medium between the subject understand how possible problems.It's basic ideological content includes four aspects: The premise of the construction of universal pragmatics----Ideal speech environment; The foundation of the construction of universal pragmatics----Speech act theory; The core of the construction of universal pragmatics----Language validity claims; The aim of the construction of universal pragmatics--- Identity.Based on the Habermas Universal Pragmatics, the author further discussed the construction conditions of the universal identity. And believes that on the horizon of Habermas Universal Pragmatics, the identity has the characteristics of interactive,inter-subjectivity and language validity. Constructing identity needs a free and democratic discourse environment, effective regulation of mutual recognition, equality right, shared background knowledge.The author considers that political identification has the inter-subjectivity and language validity, and then demonstrates on the horizon of Habermas Universal Pragmatics, the possibility of construct political identity, and on this basis, analysis the problems existing in the current construction of China's political identity.From Habermas Universal Pragmatics, author demonstrates that the process of China's political identity construction must adhere to three basic principles, that is "people-oriented, justice, norms ". At the same time, it need to focus on citizenship construction in order to enhance the degree of recognition of the language specification for the construction of political identity. Thirdly, it should strengthen the political system construction to create a free and democratic political environment for the construction of political identity. Next it could provide innovation innovating discourse media construction, for the construction of political identity to build diverse and effective communication platform. Finally it can improve learning mechanism construction, for the construction of an effective mechanism to explore the attitudes of political identity transformation.
