Research On Negative Impact On China's Political Stability Caused By Urban Poverty Groups And Its Countermeasures

As one of the main problems which impact on social stability, poverty has always been the hot issue gives the attention on academic. With the further deepening of economic reform, urban poverty has been reflected as a major problem in poverty studies. Research on the impact on China's political stability caused by urban poverty, and the corresponding countermeasures, not only provide a good domestic environment to China's social stability, economic development, but also the nature of the essence of building a socialist harmonious society in China. Fully reduce the size of the urban poverty, truly concerned about people's livelihood, were the basic requirements of building our service-oriented governmentA logical thread of this article was made from urban poverty to the impact on China's political stability caused by urban poverty, and then to the digestion of China's urban poverty. And describes the methods of this study to establish the basic logic of the article idea.In the second chapter, the paper introduces the basic categories of China's urban poverty and political stability, determines the characteristics of urban poverty by researching the concept of urban poverty, introduces China's urban poverty measurement standard, cards China's urban poverty status from the aspects of the size, population, industry, distribution and the geographic distribution, and finally analyzes the cause of urban poverty.In the third chapter, the paper analyzes the negative effects on political stability by urban poverty, studies the main factors affecting the stability on the basis of political stability's content and features, and finds that the urban poverty at present have negative impact on political stability.In the fourth Chapter, the paper proposes positive responsive governance policies or urban poverty from the perspective of political stability, including studying abroad experience and failure revelation of urban poverty governance, proposing principles we should follow in urban poverty governance combining with the reality of China, exploring the path to solve the urban poverty problem from aspects of economic development, promoting employment, social security system and improving the ability of poor group.In the Chapter ?, reviewing the paper, making a brief summary, pointing the deficiency of the paper and what we should pay attention to in following studies.
