Reach On Urban Anti-poverty In China

Urban poverty is an inevitable product in the process of urbanization,which is a serious obstacle to the process of urbanization in China.Because of the complexity of urban problems in China,urban anti-poverty is an arduous task,and How to effectively manage urban poverty is an important issue in front of the city government.This paper focuses on the problem of urban poverty in the process of urbanization in China,and follows the historical and logical unity of urban poverty and anti-poverty policy,and analyzes the history and current situation of urban poverty and anti-poverty policy,then analyzes the urban anti-The plight of poverty policy and the causes of predicament.Learn from the successful experiences of Singapore and Hong Kong and learn from the Rio de Janeiro in Brazil to explore the policy optimization path of urban anti-poverty in China.The subject of the thesis is divided into five parts.Firstly,it discusses the background of urban anti-poverty in China,the significance of research,the related research at home and abroad,and the definition of core concepts.Secondly,it studies the three theoretical bases of urban anti-poverty: the theory of rights and poverty,the theory of government function and the theory of cooperative governance,and analyzes the compatibility of each theory with the theory and practice of urban anti-poverty in China.Thirdly,it elaborates the historical development process of urban poverty in China,the policy evolution of anti-poverty,and the reasons of policy dilemma and predicament.And then compare the success of the governance of the three cities and the city's anti-poverty in China.Finally,from the reconstruction of the value of urban anti-poverty,to discuss the two needs of the development of the rights of the poor,as well as the development of the model of the development of the poor,and put forward the two levels of cooperative development path of our country's rights development,from the realization and development of the poor people in urban management rights,labor,labor remuneration,residence,social security rights,education and other aspects of policy supply and optimization.All in all,This study suggests that the formulation and implementation of urban anti-poverty policy in China should explore the deep-seated causes of urban poverty,that is,right poverty.Targeted from the realization and development of the rights of the policy supply and optimization,And to build a collaborative urban anti-poverty system,It can fundamentally alleviate the urban poverty,and achieve the goal of maintaining the harmonious development of urban society and the sustainable development of urbanization.
