Research On Community Grid Management Of Urban Village In China

Community is a constituent cell of the society,is a basic unit of the city,and community governance is also an important foundation for our people's livelihood.Since China's reform and opening up to outside word,the economy system and social structure transformed profoundly,as well as the urbanization process has been accelerated and continued to urban sprawl,rural areas surrounding the city are constantly surrounded by the city,forming the"urban village" today.Urban village is a transitional community,which is result from the urban and rural dual structure system and is formed in the rapid development of city urbanization.Although the transitional community stayed in the city,but it retained the characteristics and institutional structure of rural communities.Urban village made the urban and rural dual structure system in our city,and it had brought a lot of problems and contradictions on the society,economic and environment,which had became a stumbling block to urban development.Therefore,it best to rebuild the urban village,and strengthen grass-roots organizations,and expand grass-roots power,and integrate grass-roots resources,and improve the ability of community management and service,and also make the villages melting into the modern city thoroughly.Only by doing these,can we improve the urban village.lt may help to the development of urban modernization actively,as well as the intension and extension of the development of grid-based development of urban community,and also to build a well-off society and accelerating socialist modernization and has a profound significance to the well-off society that everyone expects.Based on the conclusions studied by others,my paper analyzes the current situation of the village in city and development needs in our country,so that it may introduce the model of grid-based management to our urban village community.The community gridding manage is not only an useful integration of technology and management of both innovation,but also it shows a particular superiority in putting the community resources together,making the management process standard,serving efficiently and so on.Promoting the development of the village community grid is conducive to improving the community management system,improve the quality of community service,promote the community to the democratization,scientific,legal development.At the same time,taking the urban village community of sanjiaolu in Wuhan city as an example,my paper,using an empirical investigation,analyzes present situation and practical effect of the community gridded management,and put forward the current problems,and by learning from the successful experience of domestic and foreign characteristics of the urban village community grid management mode.At last,my paper proves the innovation oriented community grid management model to make up for the defects of the traditional model and adapt to the current community development through the theory and practice.
