The Study On Home-based Care Services Of Urban Grassroots

With the continuous improvement of the overall health condition in rural and urban residents,the average life expectancy in our population continues to increase,China has officially joined the ranks of aging countries since 2000 according to international convention.As the increase of the aging population,the problem of endowment has more and more become the focus of public attention.However,the existing traditional model has not been able to fully meet the needs in various forms from various levels of the aging population.In order to better serve the seniors,it means more responsibilities for the government,more participation from social sectors,so we can improve the quality of home-based care services.This thesis take Donggaodi sub-district in Fengtai district as an Example,it analyses the problems existing in the pension service in Donggaodi sub-district.While providing an empirical analysis to the home-based care service models of Donggaodi sub-district,Combine international and domestic experience in other areas,in order to improve the sub-district of home care services,from the four aspects of the service concept,service capacity,service team,service system proposed reasonable suggestions.Include strengthen the sense of responsibility for the old service,and guide the concept of home-based care for the elderly to update;Accelerate the upgrading of infrastructure,improve the quality of life of the elderly in the region;Do a good job for the old service team building,lay a solid foundation for the elderly home endowment;Promote linkage service mechanism at all levels to build a home-based care service system.
