Research On The Coordinated Development Of Urban-rural Relations

As the rapid development and expansion of cities and the rise of new towns,the connection between urban and rural is increasingly close owing to the interactive flow of economy,culture,and environment,it gradually forms interdependence and inter-restricted relationship.Not only the impact and link among factors,intellectuals,capitals in urban-rural gradually strengthens,but also we gain consecutive harvest in agriculture,increasing production and income of farmers,rapid development of urbanization.However,new issues arise as we gained some new achievements,for instance,Three Rural issues,city-countryside dual and structure,and so on.These issues become important factors which hinder the healthy and consecutive development of our economy and affect the balance of city-countryside integration and harmonious process.The essay analyzes the present situation,existing issues and restrictive factors of our city-countryside development based on city-countryside relationship theory.We put forward thoughts and strategies which drive our city-countryside relationship development of practical research by applying city-countryside relationship theory,and it offers more theoretical support and thought guiding for achieving harmony and development of our city-countryside.This paper is divided into four parts:Preface.I analyze the overall issues concerning present situation of city-countryside d evelopment both from home and abroad and analyze simplistically its existing problems,creativity and its purpose and methods.The second section: the paper mainly discusses Karl Max's theory of city-countryside.The essay is divided into three aspects,they are uniformity,opposition,combination of productivity.We conclude from the founding of China that we must cultivate awareness of coordinating development of city-countryside and inspiration of simultaneous developingcity-countryside.The third section mainly outlines present situation of our city-countryside.We analyze the a few issues our present situation we face based on the results we got from city-countr yside development,and also explores the direction and task our city-countryside face from the flaw our country have in economy,system that hinders our city-country development.F or better mastering and understanding the goal of our city-country development that based on our existing national condition of China.Simultaneously,we should fully recognize our present basic situation of our country,it offers theoretical base of thoughts for further maki ng plans for city-countryside,it is beneficial for our country's building,planning and scient ific strategy for speeding up city-countryside.The fourth section,we analyze and formulate the thoughts and strategies of our city-countryside.Based on concluding historical experience and value the development and practice of our country's city-countryside,we master the direction of future's development in city-countryside,and further discuss people-oriented,Chinese Characteristic strategies and path of city-countryside.To sum up,in under the guidance of Marxist theory of relationship between urban and rural,further study of the relationship between urban and rural development theory and practice at home and abroad,analyze and grasp the relationship between urban and rural development of our country current situation facing problems and difficulties,put forward to realize the thinking and countermeasures of urban and rural relationship with Chinese characteristics,and explore the relationship between urban and rural harmonious development which accords with the situation of our country the implementation of the path.
