Research On Trade Union Construction Of Anshan's Non-public Enterprises

Since the founding of new China, All-China Federation of Trade Unions leading national trade union organizations at all levels, unity masses of workers to actively participate in economic construction, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and strive to improve the understanding of the ideological and cultural connotation and technical level, a strong impetus to the development of the socialist market economy of our country. Since the reform and opening up, the economic structure adjustment the workforce has undergone profound changes, and China's unions have been the focus of the work are in state-owned enterprises under ownership by the whole people, facing the non-public economic organizations, more than 70% of the GDP contribution rate and provide more than 80% of urban jobs new, to form unions in the non-public enterprises is undoubtedly an important issue. Under the new situation to strengthen the construction of organization of trade unions in non-public enterprises of great significance, has a long way to go.This study takes Anshan's non-public enterprise trade union organization construction as the research object, through the Anshan's non-public enterprise trade union cadres and workers of the questionnaire and interview, analysis of the survey data, summarize the conclusions interviews, identify problems of Anshan non-public enterprise union organization construction impact and analyze the reasons, combining domestic and international trade union theory study, drawing on developed countries construction experience of trade union organizations and domestic private enterprises union organization construction advanced experience develop non-public enterprise union organization construction scheme and puts forward some suggestions, so as to better in deepening reform and give full play to trade unions role to contribute.In this study, we found that Anshan's non-public enterprise have high rate, but the staff membership rate is low, the basic elements of trade unions is not perfect, the union cadres lack of trade unions lack the necessary funding, the union functions have not been effectively played, which is related to the local government, local industry, non-public enterprises and workers and many other reasons that can take the local establishment of trade union activities, and strengthen the full-time trade union cadre team construction, and regulate the construction of trade union system of non-public enterprise union organization construction scheme, and strive for the support of innovation, by employing mechanism and carried out extensive propaganda these three aspects of the work to strengthen the construction of trade unions in non-public enterprises. The research results of this paper have certain practical significance.
