| At present,our country is in the crucial stage of economic and social development,and the reform is entering the key period.As the managers of the society,there is no doubt that civil servants play a fundamental role in this process,and as a special group in the civil service,although the grass-roots civil servants do not directly participate in the development of policies,their role can not be ignored.Thus we have to care more about issues concerning grass-roots civil servants,and make better mechanism for them,and let them deplay their ability to the greatest degree,so as to promote the greater development.Due to the various region development,“one size fits all” could not be used in township civil servants incentive mechanism,but should be designed and improved according to the different realities of situation.This research takes Zhuanghe township civil servants as the object of study.In recent years,Zhuanghe has made achievement concerning the township civil servant incentive system work,such as the civil service training,evaluation,promotion,etc.But on the whole,since there still exists the problem such as negative attitude in the township civil servants working attitude and the lost of talent,thus there's still needs more to improve the management concept of civil servants.By using literature study,questionnaire,interviews,and analysis of the induction,the township civil servants incentive mechanism in Zhuanghe was studied.First,consult correlelative documents to understand the present status in China and foreign countries and also check some famous research of this field.And then,by using questionnaire and interviews,the basic status of Zhuanghe township civil servants incentive mechanism and its main problems are analyzed.Then by combing the theory of public management to find out the cause of the problem and reference to local conditions,the research provides Countermeasures and Suggestions to optimize incentive mechanism of Zhuanghe township civil servants. |
