Study On Housing Security Of Farmers In Urban Fringe Areas

Regardless of urban or rural, human production and life can not be separated from the housing. At present, the rapid development of urbanization process, but the economy continues downward, making the development of small and medium-sized cities have been greatly restricted, this is particularly evident in the edge of small and medium sized cities. This is the city's "chicken ribs". The two structure in urban and rural areas system peculiar to China, farmers compared to the city residents in the areas of housing social security have received much less attention. The Xinyu Yuan river ecological city is an area that the government and developers because there is no "benefits" on the sidelines of development and construction. Strict control, planning and management of farmers to improve the housing just need to form a huge conflict whirlpool, careless handling will cause a big social problem. The farmer housing security problem of city edge region covers a wide range, including the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations, city planning, city management and law enforcement, improve the living environment.On the basis of previous studies, this paper summarizes the practical experience and explores the effective ways to solve the problem of rural housing security, based on the actual situation of rural housing in the urban fringe of small and medium sized cities. The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background, the research significance, combing the current situation of relevant study, and summarizes the research methods; the second chapter of urban fringe area, housing difficulties of farmers, the housing security system of three related concepts were defined, and elaborates the basic theory of the housing security; the third chapter of urban fringe area farmers housing safeguard question research and analysis, chapter four lists related policy models in the United States, Taiwan, China, and has carried on the analysis to the practice of Zhejiang Province rural disadvantaged groups of housing security, so as to provide the reference for the next chapter of countermeasures and suggestions. In the fifth chapter, the significance of improving the rural housing security system is analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the rural housing security system.
