Research On The Migrant Workers Social Intergration

In this paper,starting from the perspective of social integration of migrant workers,from the institutional,economic,social,cultural and psychological layer on the four aspects of analysis into the city migrant workers present situation of urbanization.analyzing the influence factors of restricting social integration.Proposing the improved suggestions and countermeasures of current rural migrant workers social integration,and promoting its urbanization as soon as possible.The article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduced the thesis background and significance,overseas and domestic research status,and the method,survey and investigation object of researching this paper.this paper also describe the general situation of the sample.The second part mainly summarizes and defines the related concepts.This part summarizes rural migrant workers,social integration concept.Based on the results of the questionnaire data statistics,this part introduces present situation and problems of rural migrant workers social integration.The third part,mainly from the system,economic level,parochialism,land policy and social support were analyzed,elaborates the cause of hindering the rural migrant workers social integration.The fourth part,in view of the current obstacles,puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions about the affection of rural migrant workers social integration.
