Revolution, which reflects the relationship between the state and the society,is regarded as the starting point to understand the interactions between the society and CCP that originated from the revolution.Revolution is a radical social structure change, the study of which helping us to think about the contemporary society in which there are more social problems, social changes speeding up and increasingly frequent social conflicts which are becoming more severe. Therefore,it is better to understand the organizational system of CCP especially the basic organizational principle---democratic centralism before understanding an influence CCP exerts on society. As a result, the study focuses on the early application of democratic centralism in rebellion in the early revolution of CCP.Based on the analysis of Jiaoyang rebellion, the study compares the relevant figures involved in Jiaoyang rebellion using the method of "comparative history",describing differences between Fu Baicui as a local cadre and outside cadres such as Guo baiping and Deng zihui in terms of personal history and ideas. Also,it includes the contrast of local cadres such as Fu Baicui and Fu Ximeng. Therefore, the tension of early organizational adaptiveness in CCP will be showed. There are several conclusions the study draws.Firstly,in the initial stage, the aim of CCP was to mobilize and organize peasants. When CCP took "confiscating landlords' land" as legality mechanism in institutional environment, such strategy would be set aside and CCP still depended on the local elites who were landlords to mobilize peasants so as to increase efficiency. This indicated that "Legality mechanism" and"efficiency mechanism" were separated within CCP.If legality mechanism was"agrarian revolution and armed rebellions",the goal of two mechanisms tended to overlap, which contributed to efficiency increasing. In the development stage of revolution, the attention of CCP was paid to other specific strategy--distributing the lands. At this time,"distributing the land" was regarded as legality and efficiency mechanism as well as the aim of the organization. There would be local cadres squeezed out and eliminated if they impeded implementation of the strategy.Secondly,CCP is not a total hierarchical organization,in which a position had no positive connection with power and influence. The authority or power of someone lied in how many resources, experiences and how much prestige someone possessed.Thirdly, there were several factors contributing to divergences and contradictions between local cadres and outside cadres. They were not only the conflicts of local interests of local cadres and revolutionary interests of CCP,but also the differences of judging the revolutionary situations and personal ideas deviating from CCP's ideas.
