Research On The Effective Goal Of The Pdca Circulation Of Floating Population Of Luxi Community

With the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization of China, the proliferation of the floating population is also accompanied by the industrialization and urbanization process since the reform and opening up and inevitable social phenomenon, is also the main show of China's social development and progress. At present, the floating population and a growing number of cross-regional, cross industry flow phenomenon more and more common. A large number of floating population into cities, brought a migrant children education problem, the floating population service and management, the crimes from the floating population and a series of social problems. In community management of the floating population is a complicated system engineering, involving many factors. At present, under the current management system, the floating population and the local social conflicts intensified, there are many problems, and therefore must be the introduction of more scientific management system.Community during the process of the management of the floating population is a prominent problem is failed to develop a target system effectively, and the target system implementation and development;Realize the rising and development of screw;Aiming at this problem, and put forward the community floating population management in the process of establishing an effective way and method of target system, and put forward the target system implementation of the system and standards;From the operating level, this paper USES PDCA circulation method for optimizing the process of community management of floating population, and is expected to be further promoted.The research conclusions can provide government departments have to other institutions provide scientific theory evidence for planning, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on management of the floating population accordingly, and it is of great significance for the establishment of a harmonious society in our country. Of course, constrained by the author's own academic level, this paper still has many deficiencies, the paper finally part puts out limitations of this study and also gives some suggestions on future research direction.
