The Research Of The Government Management Capability Of Minority Areas Under The Guidance Of Marx's Theory Of Political Power

The local government in minority areas plays an important role in the development of the local society in our country, their management ability directly affects the life of the people in this area. At present, our country is in the transformation of governance modernization, put forward higher request to the governance capability of the local government in minority areas, at the same time, it brings some new contradictions and problems to the economic and social development in the minority areas. The local government in minority areas is the key to the construction of the society, so it is very important to improve there governance ability.This paper use literature analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and other research methods carding the view of Marx's political power, drawing lessons from the experience of the United Kingdom and the United States of America on the basis of the existing data, investigate and analyses the status quo of governance capacity of local government in minority areas of China, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part summarizes the theory of government governance capacity, including the thought of Marx's classical writers about the government management, analysis the development process of China's governance ability of thought, as well as Britain and the United States on local governance experience. The second part analyzes the importance and particularity of the governance capability of the local government in the minority nationality regions. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the governance of the minority nationality regions. And the fourth part puts forward the main countermeasures to improve governance capacity in minority areas, including the transformation of governance concept, the government functions, the construction management team and the construction of soft power to optimize the governance capacity of the environment.
