Study On The Transformation Of The Mode Of Economic Development From The Perspective Of The Rule Of Law

The party's 18 report clearly pointed out,in contemporary China should adhere to the scientific development as the theme to accelerate the transformation of economic development as the main line,the relationship between the overall development of our strategic choice,transformation of economic development has become China's economic development and social relations important stabilizing factor,"To the way structural adjustment",accelerate the formation of a new mode of economic development is crucial to the overall economic development in China.With the party's eighteen Fourth Plenary Session held,promoting the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law to determine the goals,changing the economic development task must be completed in the rule of law process.The "transformation of economic development" and "comprehensive rule of law"system combines,in sight of the rule of law to promote the economic development mode shift the focus of our current work.Based on the specific national conditions of China's economic development,focusing on the party's 18,eighth session of the Third and Fourth Plenum,under the rule of law through the sight of economic development mode shift related content,including the rule of law and economic development Study the meaning and relevance of the times,economic development mode shift rule plight etc.,according to the real economy and the rule of law in our country since the reform and opening up,to explore and propose a shift in the path of economic development and the rule of law approach and the rule of law construction;secondly,the analysis of the economic transfer mode facing the outstanding problems,including low efficiency and high cost of the economic legislation,administrative law enforcement main body is not clear,the definition of property rights is unclear,immaturity of market main body,the imbalance of regional economic development,the interests of market players difficult integration;the figure out what the problem is,to provide direction for the third part writing.The third part is the focus of this article,it is the summary of the previous article,mainly discusses the way of economic development of the rule of law.First of all,practicing the concept of the rule of law,control the cost of economic legislation,improve the effectiveness of the law,to form a complete and perfect legal system,provide legislative support for the transformation of the mode of economic development;secondly,promoting the construction of administrative law,the
