Research On The Urban Community Participatory Governance In Contemporary China

Based on a variety of reasons, the contemporary Chinese urban community governance has gradually formed a participatory governance mode of management in the process of continuously exploration,But some problems such as the mass bw participation rate, excessive government intervention, confusion of responsibilities between each participators and so on, have been showed to us, at the same time these problems are been big obstacles to the process of participatory governance mode of managementTherefore, this article has made a research to investigate the problems in current pattern of urban community participatory governance in China through various data collection and observation, mainly from the perspective of each participation main body. At the same time, this paper starts from the present situation of participatory community governance, through in-depth analysis of the causes, finding that the reasons for these problems are mainly the lack of the participation main participators'consciousness or skills, community participation in the governance system environment, good community participatory governance mechanism, community self-organization conducive to the operation and development of the good environment, etc. In the analysis of the deep reasons, we should make a further exploration according to the government, the organization of people and communities of different subjects to take some measures to improve the current situation.In the end, from such angle as the government, the organization of people and communities of different subjects, the article analyses the deep reasons behind these problems, based on the main body to researching the point of government participation, and further discussing how we should take some measures to solve the problems that existing in the current community participatory governance process...
